EvenSear
Cooking System; a dual layer grill system whereby the top grill sears the food,
with the lower level element cooking gently and evenly by additional heat
radiating through. By applying energy through both grill layers, heat flows
evenly and consistently across the entire grill, thereby eliminating “hot
and cool spots”. The EvenSear
system ensures that all energy supplied to the grill is directly used
to cook your food, with the active cooking surface able to reach temperatures
up to 340 degrees Celcius.
